Slice the Red Onion, Bell Pepper and Spring Onion. Prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press). In a large bowl add the Cornflour and season with a little salt and pepper. Add the Diced Chicken and toss until nice and coated.

Bring a pan of water to the boil with a little salt. Add the Basmati Rice and cook for around 10 - 15 minutes. When done, drain the water out, turn the heat off and leave with a lid on to keep warm to serve at the end.

Put a frying pan on a medium heat with a little oil. Once hot add your Diced Chicken and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the Red Onion, Bell Pepper and Garlic Clove and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add the Ketjap Manis, Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Water and Tomato Sauce to the pan and mix together well. Continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until the Diced Chicken is fully cooked.

Share the Basmati Rice out across the plates and then share out the Sticky Sweet Chicken. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the Spring Onion and Roasted Sesame Seeds. Eat and enjoy.
